Schoolchildren are looking for mentors that you could become. Mentop is a bridge between mentors and students. First, you register and we review your profile. If you meet all the criteria, your profile will appear on the site with the prices of your services and schedule. Schoolchildren book a session for your free time, and the system creates an online call room for you.
We understand that you are busy. Therefore, the time you invest in mentoring will always be under your control. Typically, the average mentor on our platform has 2-3 mentees and spends about 30 minutes per mentee per week.
Each mentor has their own individual approach. You add a list of things you can help with on your profile. Mentees will familiarize themselves with this list in advance and understand how you fit him as a mentor.

It all depends on the number of mentoring sessions you can do. Mentors on our platform earn from 4,000 to 20,000 tenge for one consultation.
