To schedule an appointment with a mentor, simply choose the person you want, select a time from their calendar, and provide your information. You will receive an email with a link to the Google Meet online platform. At the agreed-upon time, you can click on this link and have a conversation with the mentor.

You can connect with the mentor through the Google Meet platform. The Google Meet link is automatically sent to your personal email upon registration.

If you can't see the mentor's available time slots, it means that a sufficient number of people have already scheduled appointments with them. You can come back in a few days and check for available slots in the next month.

Payment is made through the Kaspi app. You should make the payment within 4 hours after scheduling an appointment with the mentor. Access to the mentor will only be granted after payment. If payment is not made, the mentorship session will be canceled.

If you didn't like the mentor, we will review the video session and offer you another mentor for free.
